Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
got behind on account. Finally made arrangements over phone with someone to pay - payments by autocharge/monthly. My understanding - this would catch acct back up. Orginally payments were $ - dollars/month. Today 's bill - after 4 or 5 of these paymts in payment arrangement says I need to pay $ - minimum payment. Apparently everything I 've paid over the past year has gone to late charges & interest. I am no where near catching up after this " payment arrangement ''. They are supposed to review account after telling me when I made those arrangements it was not to catch me up. If not - why the - would I have made such an arrangement ( $ -/month ). I have n't heard anything yet.
