Citibank Credit card department,
I have had a credit card with Macy 's for years. Unfortunately, -/-/-, I did n't receive my statement. I received a statement -/-/- and I paid it immediately -/-/-, but the following month Inoticed I had late payment on my credit report. I feel this late payment is unfair due to nonreceipt of statemen. I have had this account since -/-/- and have no other late payments except for this one. I have been trying to get Macy 's Card Services to correct this predatory act for almost 2 years to no avail.
