Citibank Credit card department,
Macy 's has reported multiple late payment remarks to the credit bureaus for $2.00 that was past due because of a fee that Macy 's charged then charged a late fee interest on top of the 1st fee assessed. I called Macy 's on - and they have stated the problem has been fixed and that there was n't any late payment even though my credit report shows it. I 've attached all of my documents. The credit bureaus have still done nothing to help as well and I 've already submitted requests to help me.
