I have a Walmart Credit Card through Synchrony Bank. My account became past due in - 2016. I went online and chose their option of Pay your full account balance off in installments. I chose 5 monthly installments. All of my payments were paid on the date allowed during the payment arrangement. However, they have continued to charge late fees every month. At the end of the 5 months, I still have a balance on the account due to the late fees and the interest they have continued to charge me on those late fees. When I called them, they were only willing to waive one fee, stating that I knew when my due date was. I just do n't understand why they would accept a payment arrangement from me to pay it off and continue to charge me the late fees.
