Western Union consumers have reported over 655 official complaints related to International money transfer. Out of the 655 consumer complaints against Western Union, 7% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Western Union responded to their complaint) and 98% were processed in a timely manner. 2% of consumer complaints against Western Union resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
