Millions of - immigrants, remit money to families to the tune of millions in a day and Western Union charges fees for these services. To shortchange customers in addition to these fees, is unconscionable and a fraud. 1. I am requesting an investigation of this transfer and countless others transmitted by Western Union. 2.
