Their phone system hangs up on me at least once during each attempted contact. It is now three months into their acquisition and they ca n't tell me whether or not my insurance is lumped into the monthly mortgage payment. I was told that they do not disburse the funds until eleven business days after the closing. I was told that this is consistent with federal guidelines. I paid a title company to handle all relevant issues regarding this transaction.
