Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Oklahoma

We have sent checks to the notice of assignment, sale or transfer or servicing rights address. The checks have been cashed. I have copies of the returned checks. Now another lender who claims they are lender are now calling and sending foreclosure packages to our house. They refuse to post those items to account. I do n't want to spend any more time or money to fight this, but at this point I think I will have to hire attorney.
