1. In - 2016 I had a case number on cfpb : -. It seems the case was dropped. I am not sure why. Please advise. 2. I forgot the password to get access to my account on cfpb. Cfpb does not allow me to get a new - ( but to reset the old - requiring to enter the old password, weird ). Please advise. Thank you. -
