I am getting very frustrated with them because every time I call, I get a different answer and keep getting transferred around. I asked to speak to the appropriate dept. to get my refund and they advise me that there is no dept. that I can speak to over the phone and that they 're only available in writing. They also told me that the check should take no more than seven business days. The request was received a week ago from today, or at least that 's when I called to put in the request. JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card other March 2, 2016 - I took out a credit card about 10 years ago through Providian Bank. I became - a little while after and could not repay the debt. I received a phone call today from a company that said they were trying to serve me papers for a civil suit. Providian is suing me for defrauding a financial institution and theft of goods. Is n't there a time barred issue? I received a letter that said Providian was cancelling the debt but was told that the letter was for a MasterCard and I 'm being sued for a Visa card. I have not been served the papers yet but someone called me to see if I would be home. ... |
