JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
-/-/2015, I became aware that a merchant had defrauded me on ten occassions. I contacted the Chase Credit Card Company on - -, 2015 and informed them of the fraud. I submitted my documentation to Chase and was able to resolve - of the fraudulent transactions, but Chase continues to deny me - of them. The first charge Chase ignores, denies the next -, and grants the next - by giving me a credit to my card. I have written a total of four letters to them without any understandable explanation as to their actions. They admit in their denial letters that they never were able to reach the merchant, but ignore the fact that the merchant went out of business and is now in bankruptcy court in - -, California. They never address why they credited me for -, ignored -, and denied -.
