I bought a watch with a chase card that.stated it was waterproof to - atmospheres ( - feet ) for my son. He went in the water in a pool and clearly the watch got water in it. I took photographs of the watch and sent them to the manufacturer who happened to be in - around the time there was turmoil about them succeeding from the - -. They said to send it back and I was already to do that though I was nervous that the watch would not get there so I called chase to ask them what to do ... I was advised to start a dispute process and that I did not have to pay to return the merchandise and that the merchant should send a return shipping label. So I communicated that back to the merchant.. They refused to send a shipping label and threatened if I sent the watch back they might find that the watch was not faulty ... I tried to upload my documents to the website several times each time with a response that chase had received my communication and would let me know with in 24 hours WHICH THEY


They sent me responses from the merchant in - that they had translated but never the translation.. They would say they would investigate and get back to me and then leave a note that they would call me and not call me back, put the charge back on the account without any notification that I would only find out after I called them. MY ADVISE DO NOT USE CHASE TO BUY ANYTHING YOU THINK YOU MIGHT EVER NEED TO DISPUTE THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST. I desire a government investigation into Chase Dispute practices and procedures, an apology from Chase, that they listen to the call that clearly will prove that their representative told me not to return the watch and removal of the $310.00 from my account.
