JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
This is a follow up email regarding my original complaint, # -. On -/-/2016, I made an online payment to the wrong credit card company/a closed credit card account in the amount of $3600.00. JP Morgan Chase sent a check to the address on file, my former employer, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which was received on -/-/2016. The check was to be forwarded to the FBI 's - - office in -, -, since I currently reside in -. As of -/-/2016, I have not received the check, and the - - office of the FBI said they would have received it by now. Apparently, the FBI lost my check in their internal mail system. JP Morgan Chase advised they can reissue a check, but it will again be mailed to my previous employer. I have not worked at the FBI for almost 15 months and would like to know what other options there are for resolving this ongoing situation.
