JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I received a - from Chase Bank with my name and social security number associated with an account that is not mine. The event description indicates " Credit Card Fraud. '' The account belongs to a gentleman I was in a former relationship with who offered and assisted me financially due to me being off work with a - condition in -/-/- as a gift. Subsequent to my ending the relationship and reporting -, he had all the payments retracted from my creditors to his bank account and credit cards, falsely reporting fraud to his creditors, bank, and to the local sheriffs department in which his daughter is employed as a - as well as his close friend, who is employed as a detective. The accusations were false, inflammatory, and defamatory. He evaded arrest for the battery charges, although the Sheriffs deputy informed me he recommended his arrest to the prosecutor. I later was informed that his daughter was the deputy 's supervisor and now the deputy no longer works for the Sheriffs department. I have no criminal history and have a 30 year tenured professional career as an outstanding employee.
the IRS rules. At the advice of my attorney, I recorded my conversations with Chase Bank in which they agreed to issue a written document admitting it was issued to me in error and retract the - from the IRS. They stated I should receive such documentation by U.S. mail within 5 to 7 days. After 2 weeks of not receiving the written correspondence, I contacted Chase Bank again and they informed me they were not going to issue the letter or retract from IRS as I was considered a " suspect '' in their fraud investigation when it was reported in -/-/-. This is a deplorable situation and I have texts and emails between my former boyfriend and I supporting my case. I am not the debtor on this account and was not forgiven of any debt thereof. I am requesting Chase Bank issue a letter of apology and admit their error as well as retract the - from the IRS. I have suffered -, -, and - injury as well as significant financial devastation in having to repay my creditors with fees and costs as a result of payment retractions. I subsequently dropped a protection order with the understanding he leave me alone. I continue to fear him and I consider the - another form of harassment in this regard. He scammed me by providing assistance and then retracting it as well as making false claims to his creditors.
