JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I was billed by an automated fuel dispenser for fuel I did not receive. I was told by the merchant the fuel dispenser had been damaged and they would " make it right. '' I made several inquiries regarding the error and have been ignored. I submitted a dispute through my card issuer, JP Morgan Chase, who sent me a letter indicating they validated the claim after they determined the " merchant provided the services for which I was billed. '' Curious since the bank employees indicated they were not able to contact the merchant.
