JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I have disputed with - and - the Date of First Deliquency on this Chase account, and have had phone calls with Chase collections along with their " credit report specialists. '' I believe the proper Date of First Delinquency should be -/-/- which is the date the account was closed. On the attached bill you will notice that the account was over-limit and past due on the -/-/- statement, it was never brought current and the account was eventually settled in -. The Chase " credit report specialist '' told me today that Date of First Deliquency '' is actually the date that the account settled for less than full balance. I have not seen any reference to such a policy, and think that that would constitute a " re-aging '' of the credit file.
