JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I was trying to place an order on Amazon and was having problems with the Internet ; I was trying to submit my order and accidently pushed apply button. The Chase Bank Card has put an Inquiry on my credit report and I want this to be removed because I did not apply for any credit. I was just trying to push the Add to Cart button and since there was problems with the Internet, I accidently pushed Apply. Please help get this removed from my credit report.
