JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I moved from - to - -/-/2016. And I did not move in to the new house until -/-/- because attorney had to straighten up titles of our new house. I was late paying Chase credit card for - because I never received printed statement. I have expressed to have both On-Line-Statement and Printed statement before, but I have never said that I wanted On-Line-Statement only. I called Chase -/-/- and paid my due and they removed $37.00 late fee. I made sure that they had my new address and asked them to mail me printed statement. That was -/-/-, so they had a time to send me a printed statement so that I do n't forget send my check to them on time. But I never received printed statement for the - payment. So I was late for - payment. Chase added $37.00 late fee and they refused to take it off. I told them I was late because they did not send me the printed statement which I asked them -/-/-. But they insist that they can not take $37.00 off. Now they are saying that they sent me a statement but the mail must have been lost. I have difficult time to believe that.
