JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I can not get a response regarding a purchase interest charge that is ongoing on a disputed amount with Chase. Each month, another purchase interest charge is added. I 'd like to attached a letter and attachments to - - at Chase. In his response to me, he said to call if I had questions or concerns and I do. HOWEVER, after calling several times, leaving at least - voice mail messages, he chooses not to return. I have e-mailed and faxed him today about the last purchase interest charge. The disputed amount was $1200.00. On - -, 2016, Chase charged another purchase interest charge of $14.00. The account is being paid in full on or before the due date of -/-/2016. I would not like to be continuously charged a purchase interest charge. You are the only ones who can stop this. Thank you.
