JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I applied for a - Chase Mastercard which offered - mileage points if you charged $2000.00 within the first three months of activation. I live overseas and my card got lost in the mail ( probably returned to sender ). When I asked for a replacement card 1 year later I was told the points would be no problem. I put $2000.00 on the card within one month, but my request for the mileage points were denied. There was no activity on the original card and I had the new card sent to my address here in -. - blames Chase and I am asking for help here. Thank you.
