JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I was a -. We had credit card issued in the - name the - dissolved and the - where suppose to pay the credit card out of the asset of the -. The other - decided not to breakup the - and not pay on the credit card. Without me even knowing Chase reported the default on the card with a charge off on my credit report. After several letters to Chase for for verification and correction of the error I have never received a response and it is effecting my credit history and my options on loans etc. I even tried to write them a letter asking for their agent service in California so I can sue them. They just wont respond. I decided to report them to the federal government in hopes I can get some response from them. Help!
