I have contacted Chase numerous. I am requesting an adjustment my Slate and Freedom account with Chase. I know this request is unusual, it is ruining my good credit standing. I realize things happen and my bank account has not had a high balance like normal and my utilizations on my credit card was over the limit over a month. If you look at my records, I was always on time and keep money in my Chase account. When Chase closed my account I was sending a payment of $3600.00. I plan on meeting with my financial advisor to put more money into my Chase bank account before -/-/-. I have kept a honest and responsible relationship with Chase and will deposit over - in cash into my bank account before the end of the month. I am requesting that you all re open my Slate and Freedom account. I know this request is unusual, it is ruining my good credit.
