Bank of America ended up missing my closing date of my loan twice. It was originally set for Wednesday but missed. Then I was told it would be Friday but it was also missed. We finally closed on a Monday but I was not at all happy with the process. BOA had my mortgage application for 45 days. Bank of America Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker September 11, 2016 - On - Bank of America stated that I was not eligible for the Bank of America Capitalization Loan Modification Program due to income not meeting program eligibility. The income calculated by Bank of America was $17000.00 per month. Bank of America calculated PITA to be $65000.00 ( $5400.00 per month ). Yearly income calculated with an income of $17000.00 per month would be $210000.00 which clearly would cover the costs. Why was I refused the modification? I hired a licensed real estate agent and they got me a shortsale approval then Bank of America could n't find the - mortgage and when we finally figured out a resolution bank of america foreclosed on my home even though it was in active review. We had confirmed with the negotiator that the sale date was on hold a day previous to them foreclosing on me. I did everything the bank requested. I turned in paperwork and have been completely cooperative and now I feel like I was done an injustice.... |
