In Complaint # -, Bank of America indicated that a lien release letter was mailed to me on - -, 2016. The letter was NOT mailed to me - as of this date it has not been received. I am starting a new complaint on this because the CFPB system indicates that my formal complaint was closed, even though I responded that to the company 's response that the lien release letter has not been received by me. My calls to the gentleman assigned to me by Bank of America to resolve complaint # - has not returned my recent calls.
