Good afternoon, hope all is well ... I have tried to get the bank to remove this off my credit report ... According the them we were late on our payments for over a year, which is not correct we have made every payment on time, anyway they end up selling to another lender whom we have also never been late with ... please if you could remove this from my credit report, it is Home loan services account # - ... thank you in advance. -,
