In - Bank of America responded stating that they had assigned me a resolution specialist, - - -, and that I should make contact with her. I called the number ( - ) a total of five times, and I left voice messages. No one ever contacted me, or responded to my calls. I recently received a letter via - stating that I did not take advantage of the assistance from their company. This was not the case. Bank of America has a way of making their customers appear as being the wrong-doer. Bank of America appear that they are helping their customers, but in reality they are not. It is not by coincidence that there are many customers who are dealing with or who have the same experience with Bank of America as I have. In addition, I was a victim when I received this adjustable mortgage. I was part of the bad mortgages that was being approved back in - when Countrywide sold my mortgage to Bank of America. I 'm - with a reliable job, and is capable of making a reasonable mortgage payment as I always did prior to - when my terms changed. The person who sold me my home ( - - ) who worked with the broker to get me such mortgage is now serving prison time in a federal prison for mortgage fraud. I feel that Countrywide and Bank of America knew what they were doing when they approved these adjustable mortgages to later foreclose on people 's homes.
