This letter is to lodge a formal complaint against both Bank of America and -. Prior to transferring my mortgage account over to - - Bank of America committed numerous errors on my account. Despite - letters addressed to the -, - to correct the matter remains unsolved. - conducted has revealed evidence that Bank of America knowingly committed the act of fraud and deception when Bank of America paid my -/-/- property taxes without any prior notification. Bank of America sole basis and claims of notification is a letter referencing what is now know to be a letter sent to me regarding my -/-/- taxes not -/-/- taxes as request. This egregious act of fraud and deceptive practices by Bank of America has caused me great emotional and financial stress as both Bank of America and - financial continue to levy various fees, fines and penalties which has now impacted my account and credit rating. Based on the facts presented, it is my belief that Bank of America and - are now in collusion to use this fraudulent act as an instrument to potentially foreclose on my property at -, - -, Texas - ( - ). I have provided both Bank of America and - all evidence. I am awaiting a response. Please investigate this matter and provide any guidance and you can. I can provide all documents as requested.
