PHH Mortgage Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure March 25, 2015 - In -/-/- we started having financial difficulty due to a large reduction of income ( 50 % ), increased housing expenses and medical bills due to a child 's - injury. Since then we applied for a loan modification on our own, no attorney involved, at which time we were turned down for too much income. We then hired an attorney and applied for another loan modification that has been ongoing since -/-/-. Of course we filled out all necessary paperwork that was needed asap, but the servicer still asks for the same paperwork over and over to this very day. We must get letters, - or -... |
