Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification, collection, foreclosure New Hampshire
This is in regards to my mortgage servicer PHH Mortgage. They have used this company from Texas called - - - to enter my home and break in. The home is not yet foreclosed on. They went to verify occupancy. It is a - home in - so there was no food or clothes anywhere. I contacted them and the - Attorney General. The result of that was that they just wanted to see if it was occupied. They have also put - signs on my door saying the property is managed by - - -. The home is also on private property. The property has not been transferred over to them so they do not own the property. They also transferred the property to us with a defective deed. They also told me they could n't produce any paperwork as to who owns the mortgage. This is in - - - and the case number is - -. Is there a way you can look into this and see if this is legal. Thank you for your help
