CLIENT CAME INTO THE OFFICE TODAY FOR DEFAULT COUNSELING. RFD- CLIENT WAS GIVEN A LOAN MODIFCATION IN - 2014 PITI OF $ --AND TA-ES & INS OF $710.00 FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $1300.00. CLIENT BEGAN MAKING PAYMENTS AND AFTER AN ECROW ANALYSIS HIS MONTHLY PAYMENT WAS INCREASED TO $1600.00, WHICH HE CAN NOT AFFORD. CLIENT ATTEMPTED TO CONTINUE TO MAKE THE $1300.00 AND HIS PAYMENTS HAVE SINCE BEEN REFUSED. I CALLED PHH AND SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE NAMED - SHE ADVISED THAT CLIENT IS DUE FOR -PAYMENTS. THE LOAN MOD AGREEMENT IN 2014 ONLY SHOWS THE PITI OF $590.00 NOT THE TA-ES AND INSURANCE.
