I can understand it taking them 24-48 hours to process a payment but they allowed 4 business days to pass plus one weekend.... |

I have repeatedly called and even spoke with a supervisor who agreed we should not have to pay the $15.00 because she verified I called prior to the issue of our escrow and verified the check would be mailed out to our home address. They apparently charge $20.00 for all other loan types to be faxed. To obtain the payoff via mail it is free. I find it very hard to imagine that a fax costs $5.00 to be faxed. The only justification that - gave is this is a convenience fee, which is absurd. It would cost them more to mail me the letter.... |

Despite property tax and insurance costs being readily available, they have consistently miscalculated my mortgage escrow requirements year to year resulting in shortages.
