Other mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account California

I paid off the first mortgage loan on -/-/16 to US Bank Home Mortgage. I am owed escrow actual funds in the amount of $1500.00. I have contacted the bank on several occasions without any success. The staff states that a check was sent to us and it was returned to them as undeliverable. We did not received a check. Then the staff states that they need approval from - to reissue another check. To date, he has not responded to his staff emails.
