I refinanced my home loan and wanted to make my first payment today and I was told over the phone they would add $11.00 to my invoice to make the payment via telephone. They also said the - payment ca n't be made via their online website. None of this information appears on the hardcopy mortgage statement I received in the mail. I 'm more than willing to pay the amount that appears on my mortgage statement, nothing more, nothing less. I 'd like to make my $2100.00 payment via telephone prior to the scheduled due date of -/-/16.
