I bought a reloadit pack from Blackhawk network. I am trying to add $500.00 from their website to - of my netspend cards and both cards are coming up restricted on their end. I have a total of $1500.00 worth of reloadit cards that I need to use to put money on my netspend card. Both companies are saying it 's the other. I just need this figures out I leave for a vacation at the end of the week.
