I loaded money to my account and the funds never appeared. The money was withdrawn from my American Express prepaid credit card, but never credited to my account. I 've opened - disputes with -, but they are not responding. It has been over 90 days and I 've called numerous times. I have all documentation. It shows the load on -, and the corresponding copy of my statement, which shows that the load did not take place.
