Empowerment Ventures, LLC Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Adding money Illinois

It has been 14 days since I did a load at - through - to my Rushcard and still no reflection to my account balance I have called company everyday only to get either hung up on or on hold for hrs then hung up on CSR cant say when issue will be resolved this is putting me in a financial bind I even reached out to - to see if load can be reversed and they said being the fact that they show that Rushcard has received this money they Rushcard would have to notify them to cancel transaction which is a catch - situation because according to Rushcard they cant look anything up so very frustrating I have been with this company for 5years and trusted them with my money and for this to happen is just unacceptable PLEASE HELP
