I bought an American Express gift card at - drug store in NY. I paid $120.00 for the gift card. When my friend tried to use it the gift card did not have any money on it. I called American Express, they told me that the gift card was never funded at all. I went to the store about the problem, the store - did not help me at all, and he gave me - customer support phone number. I called more than 3 times asking for a duplicate receipt. - rep. told me that he found my duplicate receipt and later sent me a receipt. However, it was a totally wrong receipt. It was not a gift card purchase for $120.00. This is a fraud case. I need your help. I tried to resolve this issue with - however - did not care about this issue.
