Empowerment Ventures, LLC Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Adding money Georgia

$300.00 cash load was made to my - card on -/-/15 through -. The money was never credited to my account even though money gram shows it as having been received. Rush card customer service is non-existent. I have called and been hung up on repeatedly. I have emailed, private messaged on - and twitter ( per - - request ) and have not been contacted in response. I have copies of all the receipts and proof that the money was paid and should have been loaded to my card immediately, but no one will help me
