On Friday - -, 2015 a direct deposit from my payroll was added to my - account. I was told that on the - there would be a system update which would not affect any deposits or withdrawals. That was soon to found as a non-truth. I have not been able to either speak with anyone at the company. I have not been able to make a withdrawal nor have I been able to pay any bills. I have called and emailed this company ; however, they are not responding to either point of contact. This has been going on for days now and my bills are due to be shut off, I am out of gas in my car and I am not able to feed my - children. I only have - income in my home which is mines. I do n't have any help from anyone, so I need my money ... They do n't seem to understand how important it is nor how real the struggle is of being a single parent ...
