I went to - and loaded my prepaid card with cash $250.00 and usually the funds are loaded on your account right away after transaction is completed..But when I checked my account my money was not there..I called the card company and they can not give me any answer where my funds are..They keep telling me they see no transactions of the load to my card..I am very disappointed in the services of the bank..They keep telling me it 's a glitch in the system..But do not ask for proof of transactions to help me in any way..Please help me resolve my issues..
