Well on Thursday the -/-/- I loaded $85.00 on my - Rush card I went to use it - there were no funds I was on hold from - in till - jus for someone to tell me sorry your funds should be there shortly we are working on are system. Then here it is - still not able to use - because there is no money where is my money. I cant pay any bills are any thing. I would like to know what - is doing people need to live to
