Loan Care consumers have reported over 72 official complaints related to VA mortgage. Out of the 72 consumer complaints against Loan Care, 13% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Loan Care responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 1% of consumer complaints against Loan Care resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I just received a collection call on my account that the company stated they would put on hold prohibiting any collection calls.
