Loan Care Mortgage department,

VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Washington

Loancare transferred my loan servicing to - - - in -, 2016 and sent me a letter to that effect - -. I made my - payment on - - and can prove it was mailed that date. Now Loancare says my - payment was not received until - -, which made me plus - and I can not now get a refinance.Under the Real Estate Settlement Procedutes Act 12 USC 2601-2617 they can not penalize me for a " late '' payment for 60 days after the loan servicing is transferred. They will do nothing to correct their error.
