When excess payments were made, Wells Fargo bank provided a refund but then added the refunded amount to my purchases ( in essence ) they gave me a cash advanced for the excess payment I had made. In addition, purchases that were cancelled were still allowed to go through by Wells Fargo and these cancelled purchases were paid.
