I pulled my credit report from -, on -/-/- and -. Wells Fargo has continually reaged a debt monthly that was charged off in -. I had tax consequences in -. They ca n't say a debt is still owing if they have charged it off. I want them to remove the still owing or past due balance. They are also doing this to my ex husband. They have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act for over 3 years by re aging a debt written off and closed in -. - - was the 180 day write off period. the FDOD was - -. I will never be able to get back on my feet if they continue this illegal tactic for both my self and my ex husband.
