Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
My wells fargo credit card got decline at the store couple of times, I went online to check the status & found a note to call at the number. When I called them, i came to know that they blocked my card & provided no reason for that. On requesting further details, I have been asked to visit the branch. I requested them that during office hours, I may not visit your branch & kindly provide an alternative. On that note, my request is forwarded to the concern dept & since then I am waiting for call. On calling them to inquire about the update, the officers appears to very rude. It has been more than 24 hours but card is blocked & nobody is giving any explanation to me, why they have blocked it. If they need to inquire about any transaction activity or else, they should have called me before blocking my card. I felt very embarrassed at the store. You are requested to take strict action to ensure that going forward any other consumer would n't face such inconvenience.
