On - -, 2016, -, current employee of Wells Fargo stated after the original inquiry for approval no additional credit inquiries are needed. On - -, 2016, -, a current employee of Wells Fargo, was contacted. - stated credit inquiry would be requested only once, unless the customer requests a credit increase. On - -, 2016, -, a current employee of Wells Fargo, was contracted. - stated the credit inquiries are ran just once. However, - credit inquiries have been made to obtain copies of my credit history. According to the employees this is in direct violation to company policy. Wells Fargo is the third largest Bank in the United States and does not have employees running credit inquiries on a monthly basis for the large number of customers that they have. My account is in good condition, an credit increase has not been requested, and I am not involved in any type of debt resolution with Wells Fargo. It is my belief the inquiries are not being used for a work related reason. Therefore, I am requesting an investigation into what my credit history is actually being used for and who is this information being given to since the company does not have any use for the information.
