Well, It all started in 2007 when I applied for a secure credit card with Wells Fargo Bank. I put down - to open it the credit card. I did n't use the card that much, only to rent cars to go out of town. At the end of last year I found out that the secure credit card was no longer a secure credit card but a unsecured card card. I had called Wells Fargo Bank to check out my balance for my secured card and that was when the banker informed my that my card was unsecured. At that time I asked the teller where was the money I had put down to open the card and he said they had sent me the money $1200.00 check in the mail. I told them I never received any check from them and he said that the check was returned to them because of incorrect address. I then asked them can they mail the check back to me with the correct address, but he said no because it was sent to the Nevada - and I would have to contact them. I had contacted the Nevada - but they said that nothing in their system show a check sent to them in my name. They looked through their system with my different names ( last ) and also with my social security number but NOTHING. I have called back and forth with Wells Fargo, I even went to a branch to try and get some answers but no luck, I 've also been dealing with Nevada - with no luck. I am SO tired with Wells Fargo Bank giving me the run around. I need some answers or better yet my money that I am entitled to. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
