Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I previously filed a complaint with the CFPB and am utterly dissatisfied at the way Wells Fargo has handled it. I paid a company called - - a total of $14000.00 between my Wells Fargo Visa and - - for services that were never provided. I have attempted to obtain a refund to no avail. Wells Fargo first denied because of the time that has passed and after complaining to the CFPB they have " respectfully declined my dispute ... ( and have ) made every reasonable attempt to help with this dispute but have been unable to get any information from the merchant ''. They further explained that I need to work my concerns out with - -. This company has been paid a lot of money for nothing and my bank needs to be more diligent for their customer.
