I thought I was applying for a balanced transfer but instead it was a cash advanced. In addition they never calculate or show during the process a fee for a transfer ( actual cash advanced ) the amount for the transfer ( cash advanced ) until after the transfer ( actual cash advanced ) It says transfer everywhere, they talk of balance transfer, no mention anywhere Cash Advanced, I was told 3 days later at the bank office it was not a Balanced Transfer but Cash Advanced. different fees, different monthly payments every month. How deceptive. I was told by someone in the Corporate office I could get it changed once I paid it off. Give me a lie then I have to pay for that. Why are they allowed to run a - - like that? Solution : They should be made to place cash advanced description on there website in big bold print, capital letters. There is a reason its not there. How sad to deceive people in such way, why are they allowed to even have a banking business.
